Job Description

  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure staff can work efficiently
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and assist with preparation of the office budget
  • Help train new employees in organization and office procedures
  • Help in implementing new company policies or restructuring workflow of departments
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, office keys, etc
  • Research, price and purchase office furniture’s and office supplies, pantry supplies
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and/or respond to public inquires
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meeting, agenda and conferences
  • Do other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Can work under pressure and can meet deadlines
  • Good at multitasking and troubleshooting
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Required language: English

Job Details

  • Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 9AM-6PM
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City
  • Must be willing to work overtime when necessary


  • Php 19k starting salary
