As General Affairs Staff, you will be responsible for not just maintaining, but improving the working environment in the office. Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably courses related to office management.
  • Required skill(s): Must be a people person, can multitask, knowledgeable with excel functions
  • Must be willing to learn and do the following: infrastructure-related tasks, update and work on key performance indicator sheets
  • Can work on a flexible 8-hour shift between 8:00 and 10:00 am from Monday-Friday
  • Open to render occasional work on rest day (Saturday), as needed
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City

Job Details

  • Flexible working hours: 8:00-17:00, 8:30-17:30, 9:00-18:00, 9:30-18:30, 10:00-19:00
  • Work from Monday to Friday
  • Successful candidates will be under probationary for six (6) months

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure staff can work efficiently
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and assist with preparation of the office budget
  • Help train new employees in organization and office procedures
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, office keys, etc
  • Canvass price and purchase office furniture, office supplies, and pantry supplies
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and/or respond to public inquiries
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Perform general clerical duties such as but not limited to the following: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meeting, agenda and conferences
  • Help maintain office environment by performing infrastructure tasks and other related tasks
  • Increase employee engagement by organizing major and minor office events
  • Analyze reports and key performance indicators to improve the current process
  • Out-of-office errands from time to time as part of purchasing task
  • Do other related duties as assigned

  • PHP19K starting salary package
