- Pass the 30-item test which consists of grammar, vocabulary, and reading exam
- Passing Score: 27 points
- Once passed, you will be redirected to the Technical Requirements Form.
Read and follow the steps below:
- Answer the technical requirements form found below.
- Ensure that all information are correct before submitting. Failure to do so may prolong your application process.
- If you meet our technical requirements, you will proceed to the next step which is plotting your Test Call and Interview.
- If you did not meet the technical requirements, you will be asked to reapply once you have the required teaching equipment.
Interview Preparation:
1. Review the FAQs: Before you begin, please take a moment to read and save the link to the One Way Interview FAQs.2. Device Requirements: Please use a laptop or desktop computer. Mobile devices are not allowed.
3. Kindly prepare the following:
- Plain white background with good lighting
- Noise Cancellation Headset
- Ensure you have a stable and fast internet connection
- Good lighting
- Test and confirm the functionality of your camera and microphone. This test will be automatically conducted before your actual interview starts. • Please double-check that your camera and headset are correctly selected
1. Plot and attend the Prime Tutor Program Orientation:
Ensure that you schedule and attend the Prime Tutor Program Orientation. This session will introduce you to the program's structure, resources, and expectations.
2. Next, applicants will proceed with the 3 part Self-training videos and link to plot their Demo will be provided in Skype
4. Once done with the quizzes, kindly wait for the confirmation email a day before your scheduled demo lesson

What should I expect during the Online Demo?
Here are the things you need to do:
- Go to your tutor dashboard and log-in your account.
Go to Today's Lesson page for your booked demo.
Enter the lesson page 2-3 minutes before your demo class.
Conduct a 15-minute demo class with your student.
Wait for our Recruitment representative for the remaining 10 minutes for your feedback.
- The link of the contract and list of requirements will be provided once applicants passed their Demo lesson.
- Kindly submit the Individual Contract and Main Requirements to be released as soon as possible.
- Kindly plot your schedule for the New Hire Orientation.
- Attend the New Hire Orientation to start teaching the Weblio way.
