2/5 Online Interview
You will receive a confirmation message via email and a reminder via SMS regarding your online interview. You’ll receive your confirmed schedule approximately 1-2 days ahead. Our Recruit Team will interview you via jit.si to determine whether or not you can proceed to the next steps of your application. Please carefully read the interview guidelines provided in the email.

3/5 Self-Training
Once you pass the interview, you’re going to be asked to do a self-training about the company – its background, history, rules, etc. After which, you need to take and pass the Comprehension Check Quiz.

4/5　Demo Lesson
Conduct a demo lesson using Weblio’s webRTC system. You will receive a feedback after the demo. Once you pass, you’ll receive a job offer email from us.

5/5 Start teaching and earning
You can start opening your schedule and start teaching at the comfort of your home.
