Job Description

Conduct English lessons at home to Japanese through WebRTC (Weblio’s own learning platform)
Teach correct usage of the English in verbal and written communication
Evaluate students performance and do lesson reports.
Establish a learning environment that encourages students to enhance their interest in English
Your salary is based on a number of lessons you conduct
A lesson is 25 minutes long. You have 5 minutes between lessons.

Qualifications and Details

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
Required skill(s): highly proficient in both oral and written English, excellent tutoring skills, excellent time management skills, highly-motivated and passionate in teaching, good at multitasking and troubleshooting, can deal with different personality types
Required Language(s):English(Ability to speak Japanese is a plus)
At least 6 month of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education/Training or equivalent
Has at least 6 month work experience teaching English online or majoring in English Education in a College/University
50 Full-Time and Part-Time position(s) available
24/7 Fexible schedule
We would appreciate if you could open many lessons on weekends
