What should I do to proceed to the New Tutors Workshop?

Read and follow the steps below:

Once you passed the Test Call and Interview with our Recruitment representative, you will be given the Doodle links for your New Tutors Workshop schedule.

These workshop sessions are a prerequisite for you to proceed with the next application process.
Please plot your part 1 schedule on the part 1 Doodle link only, same goes with the parts 2 and 3. Do not plot your schedules for all workshops on the same Doodle link, and make sure that you only plotted once every part of the workshop.
Read the guidelines first on the upper part of Doodle.
Scroll down to the table part wherein you can plot your schedule.
Type your name and email address (use the email address you used in your application) in the white box.
Once done, select the date and time you would like to conduct your workshop by clicking on the white circle below your preferred schedule.
Please select one schedule per workshop only. In selecting dates and times, please make sure to select it sequentially - meaning, your schedule for Part 1 should go first before your Part 2 to 3 schedules.
Click send. You should be able to see a confirmation page once you were able to plot your schedule successfully.
Repeat steps 2 to 6 for parts 2 and 3 of your workshop.
These workshop sessions are a prerequisite for you to proceed with the next application process.
Once done plotting your schedule, wait for our email confirmation with your final schedule.
Email confirmation will be sent the day before the 1st part of your workshop.

What should I expect during the New Tutors Workshop?

Here are the things you need to do:

Make sure that you are inside the Google meet link 5 minutes before your schedule.
Your trainer will send a device checker, kindly check your microphone and camera.
Your trainer will also send the link of the manual, open it from your end all throughout the workshop.
Your trainer will start the workshop on time, so please be punctual.
Once done with every part of the workshop, you are expected to send your survey form.

What should I do to proceed to the Online Demo?

Read and follow the steps below:

Check your email, including spam mail. You will receive the same instructions stated below.
Complete the 3-part New Tutors Workshop.
Plot your Demo schedule via Calendly. Link will be given once you were able to complete prerequisites.

What should I expect during the Online Demo?

Here are the things you need to do:

Go to your tutor dashboard and log-in your account.
Go to Today's Lesson page for your booked demo.
Enter the lesson page 2-3 minutes before your demo class.
Conduct a 15-minute demo class with your student.
Wait for our Recruitment representative for the remaining 10 minutes for your feedback.

You will be given instructions once you pass the demo.
