  1. Pass the 30-item test which consists of grammar, vocabulary, and reading exam
    • Passing Score: 27 points
  2. Once passed, you will be redirected to the Technical Requirements Form.
Read and follow the steps below:
  1. Answer the technical requirements form found below.
  2. Ensure that all information are correct before submitting. Failure to do so may prolong your application process.
  3. If you meet our technical requirements, you will proceed to the next step which is plotting your Test Call and Interview.
  4. If you did not meet the technical requirements, you will be asked to reapply once you have the required teaching equipment.
What should I expect during the test call and interview?
Here are the things you need to do:
  1. Go to Weblio's Device Checker:
    2. There are 2 ways on how to translate the page:
    • On the upper right part of the search bar, click the Google Translate icon then hit the "Translate" button.
    • Right click anywhere on the page then select "Translate to English".
  2. Once done translating the page, kindly check the following:
    • Plain White Background - no creases or folds
    • Headset - you should be able to hear yourself
    • Camera - observe proper camera angle and ratio between your head and the edge of your screen
    • Kindly check this image for your reference.
  3. Once done, install Skype on your computer. Click here for the instructions.
  4. Add us on Skype: Weblio Recruitment - Admin (live:.cid.fd27663e83ec59b6). You may use this link as a guide on how to add contact.
  5. Be online at least 10 minutes before your plotted schedule.
    6. Please send the following:
    • Full name:
    • Email address:
    • Test call schedule: date and time
    • Speed test result:
  6. Wait for our recruitment representative within the plotted schedule.
  7. Be reminded to use laptop or desktop. Test call will not push through if applicant is using mobile phone.
  8. Close other tabs that allow your camera and microphone (Ex: Facebook, Skype phone).
  9. You will still receive an email containing the instructions above to ensure that you are ready for your scheduled test call and interview.
1. Once applicants passed the Test Call and Interview, the link of the 3 part Self-training videos and link to plot their Demo will be provided in Skype
  • 1st Video (29 minutes & 14 seconds)
  • 2nd Video (29 minutes & 58 seconds)
  • 3rd Video (24 minutes & 30 seconds)

2. There will be a quiz for each video
3. Once done with the quizzes, kindly wait for the confirmation email a day before your scheduled demo lesson
 
What should I expect during the Online Demo?
Here are the things you need to do:
  1. Go to your tutor dashboard and log-in your account.
  2. Go to Today's Lesson page for your booked demo.
  3. Enter the lesson page 2-3 minutes before your demo class.
  4. Conduct a 15-minute demo class with your student.
  5. Wait for our Recruitment representative for the remaining 10 minutes for your feedback.
  1. The link of the contract and list of requirements will be provided once applicants passed their Demo lesson.
  2. Kindly submit the Individual Contract and Main Requirements to be released as soon as possible.
  3. Kindly plot your schedule for the New Hire Orientation.
  4. Attend the New Hire Orientation to start teaching the Weblio way.
