As an Tutor Admin Staff, you will support meeting customer demands and expand mankind’s possibilities through initiatives that foster strong relationships with all types of tutors, helping ensure their engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization.

Job Description:

    Data Management:
    • Support the planning and implementation of initiatives that aim to improve tutor engagement, lesson availability, and tutor supply.
    • Assist in tracking the performance of initiatives and evaluating their alignment with department and company goals.
    • Regularly update and maintain master files, best practice documentation, and tutor records.
    • Conduct research, gather relevant data, and assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic planning and process improvements for both OT and TSSEC.
    Administration Support (OT Section)
    • Monitor and verify tutorial fees and lesson transactions from partner centers.
    • Track and troubleshoot lesson-related issues and concerns raised by center partners.
    • Manage partner inquiries across various platforms and foster strong, professional relationships with center representatives.
    • Support the hiring process and develop initiatives to sustain and enhance tutor supply and lesson quality from partner centers.
    • Conduct scheduled visits to partner centers as necessary.
    Administration TSSEC Engagement & Support:
    • Assist implementing tutor engagement activities (e.g., recognition events, incentive programs, professional development).
    • Support strategies to improve tutor satisfaction and retention, ensuring clear and timely communication with tutors.
    • Collect and review feedback from engagement activities, monitoring tutor participation and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Address tutor concerns related to engagement initiatives, escalating issues to Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
    Team Collaboration & Reporting
    • Collaborate with team members on daily tasks and shared responsibilities.
    • Gather, organize, and prepare basic reports or summaries related to tutor engagement activities, outcomes, participation, and feedback.
    • Maintain accurate records across all functions.
    • Participate in regular meetings and training; contribute ideas to improve team processes and tutor experience
    • Uphold a positive and professional working relationship with team members and tutors.

Job Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment, training, customer service, or ESL tutoring is an advantage.
    • Required skill(s): Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G Suite)
    • Can work with minimal supervision and deliver consistent results.
    • Flexible and adaptable when faced with new tasks or changing priorities.
    • Amenable to a flexible schedule (5 working days, 8-hour shifts with varying rest days and schedules).
    • Open to render occasional work on rest day
    • Must be willing to report in the office in Makati City on a schedule basis and as needed
    • Must be willing to teach lessons and serve as a tutor when needed.
    For Covid-19 precautionary measures, we are currently working from home.
    Internet Requirements:

    • Internet Plan must be DSL or Fibr
    • Download speed must be 5 MBPs and above”
