As HR Staff, your goals are to secure and hire the best and most reliable home-based tutors, to provide the best teaching quality to our students, and to ensure tutor overall satisfaction in the company.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably courses related to Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Management, and/or Education.
  • Required skill(s): Knowledgeable with basic Microsoft and Google applications, can work under minimal supervision, must be highly analytical, capable to work with a team
  • Work experience with any of the following is a plus: recruitment, customer support, quality assurance
  • Can work on a flexible 8-hour shift between 8:00 and 10:00 am
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City

Job Details

  • Can work asap
  • Flexible working hours: between 8:00 and 10:00
  • Work for 5 days a week
  • Successful candidate will be under probationary contract for six (6) months

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Marketing and Creatives
  • – participate in research, planning, and execution of marketing plans and programs

  • End-to-end home-based recruitment
  • – advertisements
    – schedule confirmation
    – conduct interview, training, demo
    – release home-based tutors

  • Recruit support
  • – answer inquiries from different channels (email, sms, facebook)
    – manage social media

  • Tutor support and development
  • – provide support to tutors through answering inquiries, resolving disputes, monitoring performance, and coaching/mentoring
