Our Eikaiwa business focuses on delivering quality lessons to our Japanese customers with our roster of home-based tutors.
Dispatch
Our Dispatch business handles fulfilling quality lessons to our business partners through the help of our current pool of highly qualified home-based tutors.
Job Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferrably in Operations Management, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business management, or similar.
- With atleast 3 years of experience working in operations for BPO or ESL environment.
- Has an experience in teaching English as a Second Language.
- Required skill(s): Can work under minimal supervision, must be highly analytical and capable to work with a team.
- Has advanced leadership and managerial skills.
- With growth mindset and able to translate strategy into action and results.
- Can effectively communicate and relay messages across all sections of the organization.
- Strong customer service orientation and the drive to produce results.
- Open to new challenges or changes.
- Must be willing to learn and be trained
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
Nice to have:
- Work experience with customer service or support and / or in Human Resource
For Covid-19 precautionary measures, we are currently working from home.
Internet Requirements:
- Internet Plan must be DSL or Fibr
- Download speed must be 5 MBPs and above
Work Scope
- Pro-actively propose and execute new initiatives in order to achieve the department’s goals and the company’s mission.
- Achieve the target KPI and department goal and company mission by optimization of communication trouble between Weblio Philippines and Head Office in Japan.
- Maximize departmental resources and organizational strength by proactively optimizing and improving current cycles.
- Analysis and implementation of measures to achieve the goal.
- Manage people in the operations department and train staff to make the department a stronger team to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with head office for deliver best values to our customers in English.
Other tasks:
- Conduct regular, corporate, and special lessons, if necessary
- Do other related duties as assigned.
