Eikaiwa
Our Eikaiwa business focuses on delivering quality lessons to our Japanese customers with our roster of home-based tutors.
Dispatch
Our Dispatch business handles fulfilling quality lessons to our business partners through the help of our current pool of highly qualified home-based tutors.
As a Quality Assurance Staff under the Eikaiwa Division, you will be our front liner in fulfilling our mission to expand mankind’s possibilities as you will be responsible for our customer’s success by ensuring 101% tutor quality.
Job Requirements
- What you’ll need:
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- Can multitask and is flexible
- Working experience as a Quality Assurance Staff
- Amenable to work on a 09:00 – 18:00 default work schedule
- Must be willing to learn and be trained
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
- For Covid-19 precautionary measures, we are currently working from home.
Internet Requirements:
- Internet Plan must be DSL or Fiber
- Download speed must be 5 MBPs and above
Work Scope
- Pro-actively propose and execute new initiatives.
- Training of tutors’ quality in terms of teaching.
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve the best tutor quality.
- Tutor evaluation: monitoring, scoring, creating, provision of survey sheets, and giving feedback to tutors.
- End-to-end investigation of incident reports (skips, cancellations, and system troubles) involving tutors.
- Coach tutors based on behavioral, skills, and/or attendance matters.
- Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct regular, corporate, and special lessons, if necessary.
- Do other related duties as assigned.
