Our Eikaiwa business focuses on delivering quality lessons to our Japanese customers with our roster of home-based tutors.
Dispatch
Our Dispatch business handles fulfilling quality lessons to our business partners through the help of our current pool of highly qualified home-based tutors.
As a Quality Assurance Staff, you will be our frontliner in fulfilling our mission to expand mankind’s possibilities as you will be responsible for our customer’s success by ensuring 101% tutor quality.
Job Requirements
- What you’ll need:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Can multitask and is flexible
- Work experience as a Quality Assurance Staff
- Amenable to work on a 9:00 – 18:00 default work schedule
- Must be willing to learn and be trained
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
- For Covid-19 precautionary measures, we are currently working from home.
- Internet Plan must be DSL or Fibr
- Download speed must be 5 MBPs and above

Work Scope
- What you will be doing:
- Pro-actively propose and execute new initiatives in order to achieve the department’s goals and the company’s mission.
- Training of tutors’ quality in terms of teaching. Provision and implementation of different initiatives to improve overall tutors’ quality: grammar, speech, and lesson guidelines.
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve the best tutor quality.
- Tutor evaluation: monitoring and scoring of lesson, creation and provision of survey sheets to tutors, and giving of feedback to tutors.
- End-to-end investigation of incident reports (skips, cancellations, and system troubles) involving tutors.
- Coach tutors based on behavioral, skills, and/or attendance matters.
- Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide initiatives for improvement of processes and/or rules.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and philosophy.
- Conduct regular, corporate, and special lessons, if necessary.
- Do other related duties assigned.
