Eikaiwa
Our Eikaiwa business focuses on delivering quality lessons to our Japanese customers with our roster of home-based tutors.
Dispatch
Our Dispatch business handles fulfilling quality lessons to our business partners through the help of our current pool of highly qualified home-based tutors.
As a Social Media Manager under the Public Relations Department, you will help the company in expanding mankind’s possibilities as you will be responsible for the overall interaction of the company with its customers. You will also be leading the changes to make our company become fully recognized within our target market.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising.
- Has knowledge in SEO and various social media platforms.
- Background in customer service and other customer-related factors
- The ability to create graphic designs for offline and online marketing collateral is a huge plus.
- Open to new challenges and changes
- Required skill(s): Independent worker, problem-solver, proactive in suggestion and projects, can work under pressure, and accountability
- Can work on Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 – 18:00 Philippine time
- Must be willing to learn and be trained online
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
For Covid-19 precautionary measures, we are currently working from home.
Internet Requirements:
- Internet Plan must be DSL or Fibr
- Download speed must be 10 MBPs and above
Work Scope
- Pro-actively propose and execute new initiatives in order to achieve the department’s goals and the company’s mission.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and factors affecting it.
- Analyze KPI, data, trends, and other fields concerning interactions.
- Build and improve the brand and its campaign.
- Collaborate with other teams in accomplishing projects.
- Help in building connections with our customers and other potential partners.
- Propose different initiatives.
- Conduct regular, corporate, and special lessons, if necessary.
- Do other related duties assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- PHP 20, 000 – 23,000
- Paid sick leaves and vacation leaves
- 13th month pay, paid overtime, paid Philippine holidays
