As a Human Resources Staff, you will be our key player in expanding mankind’s possibilities as you are in-charge of maximizing human resources in the organization through but not limited to hiring the best fit employees, training, engaging, and growing with the whole team. Your role is crucial in developing the overall success of the company as we move on a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably courses related to Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Management
  • Must be willing to learn and be trained
  • Open to fast paced environment and accept new challenges
  • Knowledgeable with basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Can work under minimal supervision
  • Must be highly analytical
  • Capable to work with a team
  • Work experience with any of the following is a plus: recruitment and internal affairs of the company
  • Can work on a flexible 8-hour shift between 8:00 and 10:00 am
  • Work From Home setup until further notice
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City if scheduled

For Covid-19 precautionary measures, we are currently working from home.
Internet Requirements:

  • Internet Plan must be DSL or Fibr
  • Download speed must be 5 MBPs and above

Work Scope

    General

  • Pro-actively propose and execute new initiatives in order to achieve the department’s goals and the company’s mission
  • Document human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
  • Maintain Master File of Recruitment and other files
  • Make and update Best Practices to standardize the processes
  • Conduct regular, corporate, and special lessons, if necessary
  • Do other related duties as assigned
    Hiring and Onboarding

  • Assist in creating and updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Source and screen candidates and match them to suitable job roles
  • Arrange and do interviews via Skype or Google Meet
  • Evaluate applicants and their overall impression during the interview
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and other documents needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth process for onboarding
  • Conduct orientation on employees’ first day
    Labor Relations

  • Prepare documents or papers upon request of an employee
  • Ensure effective implementation of company rules and regulations
  • Apply appropriate and timely corrective measures or actions in compliance with the existing company rules and regulations and in accordance with the law
    Employee Relations

  • Conduct events, contests, and other initiatives to maximize employee engagement
  • Propose ideas for employees’ overall health
  • Connect, relate, and establish good relationship with employees
    Training and Development

  • Penetrate the company’s philosophy by having monthly huddles
  • Give out monthly questionnaires to strengthen the philosophy to employees
    Compensation and Benefits

  • Keep and update daily time records
  • Do salary calculations every cut-off
  • Ensure on time and complete payouts
  • Assist in government and tax-related compliance of employees
  • Answer inquiries regarding salaries and other-related concerns

Compensation and Benefits

  • PHP 16,000 basic and PHP 3,000 allowance
  • Paid sick leaves and vacation leaves
  • 13th month pay, paid overtime, paid Philippine holidays

  • Bi-annual performance assessment for rate increase and bonus
