Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any related field

Experience:

• At least 1 year-extensive Digital Marketing & PR experience in any or all of the following areas
• Academe Industry with in-depth experience in handling digital product launches and sales promotions and Public Relations

Knowledge:

• Must have a strong strategic and analytical thinking to identify interdependencies on issues and possible resolutions outcomes
• Established track record for taking a consultative approach to designing and delivering innovative learning programs with measurable business results that meet stakeholder needs

Work Scope

• Pro-actively propose and execute new initiatives in order to achieve the department’s goals and the company’s mission
• Figure out and solve problems with logical thinking
• Promotion of the home-based tutor position of the company
• Collaborate with other teams in accomplishing projects
• Propose different initiatives
• Widen the reach of Weblio’s social media pages to the proper audience and potential applicants
• Improve tutor experience and knowledge through the official website and tutors’ site
• Creation, checking, and releasing of announcements to keep tutors up to date with the company’s latest information and changes
• Conceptualize topics to for better audience engagement through different social media platforms
• Update and maintain the BPs (best practices) files whenever necessary
• Manage the schedule of tasks
• Conduct regular, corporate, and special lessons, if necessary
• Do other related duties as assigned
